    What forms of payment do you accept?

    LA GARMENTS accepts MasterCard, Visa and Paypal.   We also accept AMEX and Discover.

    Please email us in advance for American Express and Discover payments.

    Established customers can apply for a NET 30 account, please email us at sales@lagarments.com

     

    How much do you charge for Shipping and Sales Tax?

    Standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States is based upon the order's total weight. There are additional charges to ship outside the U.S. and to express ship orders. See our complete U.S. Shipping Rates or International Orders policy for more information. LA Garments reserves the right to use comparable shipping services and or substitute shipping services as needed. We do not charge sales tax - as we only sell wholesale.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    The length of time it takes to receive your order largely depends on the delivery location.

    We ship most orders within 2 business days. Most orders in the US are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. 

    International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority. Estimated delivery time largely depends on the Country the item is being shipped.  The USPS website estimates the average time for Global Priority is 5-9 days.

     You will receive a tracking number upon shipment of your order.  You can use this number to track your order at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com depending on the shipping method you choose.
     
     

    How do I check the status of my Order?

    Is it too late to make changes to my order?

    In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed.
     
    If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please email us at sales@lagarments.com with your order number and requested changes and a Representative will contact you regarding confirmation and order status.

    What is your return policy?

    LA GARMENTS wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, LA Garments will exchange it for another item on our website.  LA Garments will accept returns within 7 days. Please note that LA Garments charges a 15% restocking fee and reimbursement of shipping costs on all returns.

    If an item is defective, LA Garments will issue a full refund and pay shipping for the returned item(s). 

    All items must be unused and in their original condition.
     

    All Returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number for processing.  Please email us at sales@lagarments.com to obtain this number.

    Once we receive your returned item(s), we will credit the appropriate account within 2 days. We will also send you an email when the refund is complete.

    What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

    LA GARMENTS is committed to selling only first-quality designer fashions. We do not sell factory seconds, irregulars, or special-ordered lower quality products. 
     
    We employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@lagarments.com for a speedy replacement or refund.

    Does LA GARMENTS have a catalog I can order from?

    Currently LA GARMENTS does not have traditional paper catalog.  All of our products are featured exclusively online.

    Will LA GARMENTS accept RETAIL Orders?

    LA GARMENTS is a wholesale site only.  We do not sell to retail customers.  LA Garments sells wholesale to the trade ONLY.  If you own a retail or online store and would like to carry our products, please email the following information to us at sales@lagarments.com 

    Store Name, Address, Sellers Permit Number or TAX ID.

    If you are interested in buying our products retail, please email us for a list of stores carrying our merchandise in your area.
